SLCS
The Ascom IP-DECT microcellular radio telephone system can be equipped with the integrated subscriber location control system (hereinafter – SLCS) produced by DeTeWe-Service. SLCS is designed to display the area of the current location and trajectory of the Ascom IP DECT subscriber under normal conditions and during the transmission of emergency signals initiated by personal security control sensors on subscriber radio terminals, displaying the subscriber’s location in graphic format on a 3D model of a physical object (hereinafter – 3D model) (Figure 1) or in text format on the subscriber radio terminal display
SLCS provides staff location, both in ground and buried objects, inside buildings, shielded and basement rooms, elevator shafts, etc. The SLCS basis are elements of microcellular radiotelephony system of DECT standard Ascom IP DECT, where base stations (hereinafter – DECT BS) and wireless location beacons 9dLD (hereinafter – the beacon) present a coordinate grid, and subscriber radio materials – personal location identifiers (Figure 2)
